Family Medicine

Sutter Regional Medical Foundation's Family Medicine Department is staffed by board certified physicians and clinicians ready to care for your unique health care needs. Our clinicians care for patients from birth to the geriatric years, with medical issues ranging from simple to complex.

Our Family Medicine team addresses all your health care needs in serene and comfortable care centers conveniently located throughout Solano County. When necessary, patients are referred to specialists by their primary care physician. Our physicians have access to the entire Sutter Health network of specialists.

All of our sites are staffed by registered nurses who are available during business hours to discuss your medical needs, offer telephone advice and schedule same day or next day appointments for your immediate medical needs. We also have a physician available on-call for after hours emergent needs.

Information on Prescriptions
To refill your medication, please contact your pharmacy at least three days in advance of being out of your medication. Please do not wait until you are completely out. Your pharmacy will fax a refill request to your primary care physician. Please allow your practitioner three business days to respond to the faxed request.

Information on Test Results
If your practitioner orders lab work or x-rays during an office visit, you will be notified of normal results by mail within two weeks of having the tests performed. If the test results are abnormal you will be notified within 24- 48 hours of having the test performed.
